Laughing and Learning
There can be no better way to bring English language learning to life for children than watching an entertaining English theatre production at their own school. The English language in our plays is crafted to make them accessible but challenging to the relevant age-groups, and the plays themselves make full use of music, dance, and visually entertaining performance to engage the children throughout, even if their understanding of English is limited. Whilst it is not necessary for the children to have studied the plays prior to seeing them, it is recommended, as it can help them to follow the story and be familiar with new vocabulary. Workshops can be provided before and after the shows.

Children are delighted when they suddenly find their classroom or hall has been transformed into a theatre space. The scenery of our plays, whilst visually attractive, is designed to fit into any acting-space from large classrooms to full theatres. All the plays involve directly engaging the audience in the productions, and so the audience become part of the playing area, and feel very much part of the performance

At the end of the children's enjoyable experience they will feel more confident in their ability to follow English conversation, and this will motivate them to learn more.
