I am not a robot Professor Bunsen gives Henrietta the job of looking after Max, a child-like robot, for the day. Unfortunately Henrietta loses the instructions and Max is beginning to behave badly. What's more, the F.B.I. are trying to find Max as they think he is dangerous. Who can help Henrietta? The doctor? A garage mechanic? Her school teacher? Her parents certainly can't help... they are far too busy.
Follow the hilarious adventures of Henrietta as she tries to discover the most important thing that Max needs, to keep him from going astray.
This is a simple play, in simple English, written in the present tense (apart from a recap at the end written in the past tense). It is highly visual with a lot of interaction with the audience, which is catered to suit age-groups from kindergarten to elementary school. As such it is suitable for learners of English up to the age of 13 years.
